  • I cannot thank Dr. Kesslering enough for all of her guidance, compassion, and intelligence regarding all things medical. When I was diagnosed with mxyoid liposarcoma, I experienced a gauntlet of emotions, and I was recommended to see Dr. Kesslering. From the moment I met her, the innate desire to share her immense knowledge as well as her unconditional support were duly noted. Dr. Kesslering introduced me to a new way of eating and was able to show me studies with results as well as share her own personal experiences which led me to follow her instructions with absolute faith and trust. I have been able to stick to the plan since 2019 and have lost over 70 lbs. Of course, I have had a couple bumps along the road, but Dr. Kesslering always has made herself available to answer any of my questions and get me right back on track. She is a great listener and sincerely wants what is best for you. I truly from the bottom of my heart recommend her. You will not be disappointed with her overwhelming level of care and support.

  • I had been diagnosed with a large colon polyp which was benign on biopsy but due to the large base, it could not be removed at that time. A 2-year follow up colonoscopy was recommended to make sure it had not progressed. It was shortly after this colonoscopy that my wife changed her diet based on Dr. Kesslering’s recommendation and I decided to be a supportive husband and follow along. I had no idea that it would help me too but when I went back for my follow up colonoscopy, I was surprised to find out that that my colon was clean; the large lesion had completely regressed!

  • When I first started to follow Dr. Kesslering’s advice, I was a bit of a skeptic. I was 60 years old and fit. I had followed a regular workout regimen throughout my adult life and felt pretty good “for my age”. I did have minor hypertension and some general aches and pains, especially my knees which had taken a beating from years of running. I figured I’d give Dr. K’s plan a shot for a month. Four weeks later I had lost 10 lbs and my knees were noticeably improved. My blood pressure meds were cut by 75% and I had much more energy. It’s been five years now and at the age of 65, I’m still working with Dr. K, and I’ll never go back to my old habits. Each year I get a new set of blood panels and we sit down to go over the areas to tweak. Seeing her analysis reports helped me to realize that standard reference ranges are far from optimal. Overall, my blood work looks great, and I enjoy seeing the historical progress charts that she provides. In hindsight, I now realize that what I had thought was normal was anything but. Today I feel so much better than I thought possible. It is definitely worth seeing someone who understands that many of us strive for optimal health, not just average health.

  • I have a history of melanoma and seemed to get biopsies every time I saw my dermatologist but since following diet and supplement recommendations from Dr. Kesslering, I have been biopsy-free for the last two years. In addition, maintaining a healthy weight is now easy.

  • Dr Kesslering has really helped me improve my health, particularly from a diet standpoint. Before seeing her, I suffered from hypertension and blood sugar issues for years as well as having an incurable sweet tooth. Following her advice has helped me gain control over those problems, and it improved my energy level as well. I'm 65 and I started playing hockey again! She really cares about her patients and laid out a plan that was specific to my issues and easy to follow. She has also recommended a lot of great resources for me to use on a daily basis which has been very helpful. You never feel rushed when speaking to her and if you think of a question later, she is very quick with a reply. Overall, it would be hard to imagine a better doctor who is also nice and easy to work with!

    —Chris H.

  • I have worked with Dr. Kesslering for the last few years and have done her custom comprehensive lab analyses each year. Based on these results, she has given me a number of diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. These have helped me to lose 30 pounds and reduce my prescription medications. We continue to optimize my health each year.

  • Dr Kesslering worked with my Mom during her battle with breast cancer and by following her recommendations, my mom lost 42 lbs and is cancer-free. Based on my mom's experience, my husband and I also committed to following her way of eating to improve our own health. My husband lost 20 lbs and I have seen a major improvement in the condition of my skin and overall body composition. But even more importantly, my husband (at the age of 35) suffered a severe stroke due to a small blood clot that passed through a previously undiagnosed opening between the left and right atrium of his heart. The medical team discussed the seriousness and possible poor outcomes but to their surprise and amazement, he was sitting up, fully alert, and talking within 15 minutes and within 12 hours, he was completely back to normal with no neurological or physical deficits. Every doctor and nurse we saw in the hospital called him "a miracle". There is no doubt in my mind that Dr Kesslering is the reason my children will be able to grow up with a father who can coach their sports teams, help with homework, and be there for them in every way. In a world where doctors and scientists disagree on almost everything, I can truly say that I trust Dr Kesslering. While many doctors shy away from the tough conversations, she is not afraid to encourage her patients to make difficult lifestyle changes when it is in their best interest.

  • I have a family history of diabetes and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Working with Dr. Kesslering has helped slow my bone loss and has even helped my mother with her blood sugars. Dr. K has taught me to read labels on food packages as well as on supplements to avoid toxic ingredients. The comprehensive micronutrient testing has helped me to optimize my food choices and supplements and I attribute my minimal (if any) COVID-19 symptoms this past year to these recommendations.

  • Prior to working with Dr. Kesslering, I was diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst. My doctor talked about surgery, but I asked for a more conservative approach and thus my doctor recommended follow up imaging to measure the cyst's growth to better determine the urgency of surgery. About that time, I made dietary and supplement changes based on recommendations from Dr. Kesslering for my general health. I was quite surprised to find out after my follow up scan that the cyst was completely gone!

    —C.D.

  • I have appreciated how Dr. K has assisted me in my healing path. The comprehensive blood test and her analysis gave me assistance in a better understanding where I was in my healing journey. Her recommendation of specific supplementation was a game changer for me. I have recommended her to my friends!

  • We are in our 70s and worked with Dr. Kesslering to undergo comprehensive metabolic health and micronutrient testing. We followed her recommendations and Ken was able to dramatically decrease his reliance on prescription medication and our primary care doctor asked us what we were doing to age backwards! We also credit her diet and supplement recommendations for keeping us healthy during the recent pandemic.

    —Ken and Ann

  • I was an avid runner and did resistance training regularly but once I hit 50, I was not able to keep my weight down. I thought I was pretty healthy, but Dr. Kesslering shared a lot of food science with me. I learned that what I thought was healthy eating was actually not optimal for me. After I adjusted my diet to my personal carbohydrate tolerance and increased healthy fats and proteins, the weight just fell off and my body composition changed dramatically. In just 8 months, I went from 225 lbs to 170 lbs and watched my HDL increase and my LDL decrease. I have been able to maintain this now for 5 years and am still going strong. I am not hungry between meals and no longer have the need to snack after dinner. I am a “fat burning machine now, instead of a carb storing machine”. Our family has been blessed to know Dr. K for the past 20 years as neighbors, friends and more recently as a health advisor. We have nothing but the highest regard for her as a person and as a professional and I recommend her often to friends and family.

  • Dr. Kesslering’s name is said often in my house! I have witnessed her positively influence so many people’s lives which is inspiring. I personally am grateful for the tools she has given my family and me to help my disabled son, Griffin. Griffin has a rare genetic syndrome. He is non-verbal and developmentally and cognitively disabled. Individuals with his syndrome tend to overeat (Griffin has no stop button), eventually are obese, and are more prone to malignancies. When we received this news at his first genetics appt, you can only imagine, “What do we do?!” But Dr. Kesslering recommended diet changes and targeted supplements as well as other lifestyle changes and these have not only have kept him healthy, but we had a neurologist recently tell us that he cannot believe he is not on any medications! Aside from keeping Griffin healthy—keeping all of us healthy to care for him and each other has been a gift! We are forever grateful.
